By accessing the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site or its services.

2. Definitions

"Site" means this website and all of its subdomains. "User" means any person who accesses the site. "Account" means the personal registration that allows you to buy and review your orders. "Order" means the purchase request you place through the site.

3. Requirements for using the site

You must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By creating an account you declare that you meet both requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and to cancel any account or order that does not meet this condition.

4. Your account

You can register with your email address and a password, with your phone number or with your Google account. If you choose the latter, you authorise Google to share with us the basic profile data described in our Privacy policy.

You undertake to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information, and to keep it current. Incorrect data may prevent your orders from being delivered and is your sole responsibility.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. We recommend that you enable two-step verification. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion does not affect outstanding obligations arising from orders in progress, nor records we are required to keep by law.

5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

The site must be used for personal and lawful purposes. The following is expressly prohibited:

Using the site for any unlawful purpose or one contrary to these terms.
Impersonating another person or using someone else's account without authorisation.
Attempting to breach the site's security, access other users' data or circumvent any protection measure.
Extracting content by automated means, using bots or making bulk requests that affect the operation of the service.
Reselling or commercially exploiting the content of the site without our written authorisation.
Posting offensive, misleading or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Products, prices and availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images and characteristics are accurate. However, colours and details may vary depending on the screen you view them on, and images may be illustrative only.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We may change them at any time without prior notice; the price that applies is the one in force when you confirm your order. If we detect an obvious pricing or availability error, we will tell you and you may either confirm the order at the correct amount or cancel it for a full refund.

Product availability is subject to stock. If an item sells out after your purchase, we will contact you to offer a replacement or to refund the amount paid.

7. Orders and payment

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order and approval of the payment. We reserve the right to reject an order on justified grounds, such as suspected fraud, inability to deliver or breach of these terms.

Payments are processed through external payment gateways. Your payment details are sent directly to the processor and are not stored on our servers. Payment is additionally subject to the terms of the relevant provider.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping conditions, estimated times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, force majeure or delays by the carrier.

9. Exchanges, returns and withdrawal

You may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period set by the law applicable in your country, provided the product is in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by you, unless the law provides otherwise.

If the product arrives defective, incomplete or different from the one ordered, contact us within five business days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no additional cost to you.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site - trade marks, logos, text, images, illustrations, design and code - is our property or is used by us under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable licence to access the content and use it for non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written authorisation.

11. Content you post

If you post reviews, comments, photographs or other material on the site, you keep your rights over it and grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to reproduce and display it in connection with our services. You warrant that the content is yours or that you hold the necessary permissions, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove any content that breaches these terms.

12. Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services - authentication, maps, analytics, payments and shipping - and may contain links to external sites. We neither control nor are responsible for their content, practices or availability. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but we may suspend it in whole or in part for maintenance, updates or for reasons beyond our control. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty that it will be free of errors or interruptions. This disclaimer does not limit the statutory warranties you are entitled to as a consumer in respect of the products purchased.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer rights.

15. Indemnity

You undertake to hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from misuse of the site, from breach of these terms or from your infringement of third-party rights.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, with prior notice where reasonably possible, if you breach these terms, if we detect fraudulent activity or if the law requires us to do so. Clauses that by their nature must survive - intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law - remain in force after termination.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or technical changes, or changes to our services. We will always publish the version in force on this page, together with its effective date, and where the changes are substantial we will notify you. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which our company is domiciled, whose details appear at the beginning of this document. Before taking legal action we invite you to contact us so that we can look for a direct solution. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts and consumer protection authorities of your place of residence where the law so permits.

19. Consumer rights in Colombia

Purchases made from Colombia are subject to Ley 1480 de 2011, the Consumer Statute. The rights that law recognises cannot be waived and prevail over any provision of these terms that is less favourable to you.

Right of withdrawal (article 47). As these are distance sales, you may withdraw from your purchase within five (5) business days of delivery of the goods. You must return the product in the same condition in which you received it and we will refund your money within the legal period. This right does not apply in the cases excepted by law, such as goods for personal use or those that by their nature cannot be returned.

Payment reversal (article 51). If you paid by credit card, debit card or another electronic payment instrument, you may request reversal of the payment within five (5) business days of the date on which you became aware of the transaction, where you have been the victim of fraud, where the transaction was not requested, where the product was not delivered to you, where it does not match the one ordered, or where it is defective. The request must be submitted both to us and to the issuer of the payment instrument.

Statutory warranty. We are answerable for the quality, suitability, safety and good condition of the products for the duration of the statutory warranty provided for in Ley 1480 de 2011. If a product has a defect covered by the warranty, we will repair it, replace it or refund your money, as appropriate.

The Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio is the competent consumer protection authority in Colombia. We ask that you contact us first so that we can resolve any problem directly.

Our products are sold only to adults, for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Colombian rules applicable to their commercialisation. By making a purchase you undertake to put them to lawful use and to comply with the provisions in force in your place of residence.
