LOCAL SHIPPING

We deliver the same day if you placed your order before 4:00 pm, giving priority to the arrival order of paid orders.

For purchases over $30,000, delivery within Medellín is free up to 10km from the physical store to the destination; for purchases of lower value, the cost is $5,000.

If your location is beyond 10km, there is a cost of $5,000. If your location is beyond 12km, the delivery cost varies between $10,000 and $12,000, so we recommend requesting intermunicipal shipping which takes 1 to 2 business days to arrive.

If you need your order delivered immediately, you can request it at the time of purchase or by contacting customer service at +57 313 5751807. It will be sent at your own risk via delivery apps such as Picap or Rappi.
